Our tips for most accurate weighing results!
Weigh yourself once a week - weighing yourself on a weekly basis at the same time will give a more accurate picture of your desired journey.
Weigh yourself in the morning - this will ensure your results are not effected by what you may have eaten or haven't quite processed yet.
Keep factors consistent - try to weigh yourself using similar clothing and also in a similar location to ensure the result can be fairly compared.
